Good design is not just about screens, it’s about understanding context, people, and purpose. I work closely with teams to shape products that feel intentional, intuitive, and aligned with business goals.
2. Listen First
Understanding the real problem before designing the solution. Through research, stakeholder conversations, and product exploration, I uncover insights that shape meaningful direction.
3. Simplify
Complex products don’t have to feel complicated. I translate messy workflows and abstract ideas into intuitive information architecture, clear user flows, and scalable systems.
4. Build With Care
From wireframes to polished interfaces, I design with intention, ensuring every interaction feels considered and meaningful.
Tiby is a joy to work with, she has an attention to detail which makes her an excellent UX Designer. Having a background in Graphic Designer really gives her a competitive edge as she can always identify how to provide more clarity in our products, has a proactive attitude to find solutions to a UX task, and also has a fantastic knowledge in UX research and planning out the outcomes.
I had the pleasure of working with Tibisay while she interned at our startup, focusing on Rekonnect's UI. She quickly made our interface cleaner and more user-friendly. Her ideas were always clear and helpful, and her Figma sketches showed her strong design skills. I was especially impressed by how independent she was and how fast she understood our product goals. Any team looking for a hands-on UX/UI designer would benefit from having Tibisay.
